Vaiga Sauvignon 2007

Sauvignon is at home in almost all wine regions, dominated by a little colder regions. Vaiga - is the name of the mountainous southwestern region in the immediate vicinity of our wine cellar Yarenine.

In 2007 Sauvignon in this field has matured almost optimally. After 18 months of aging in large wooden barrels for the color to a shade became deeper flavor - intense and - error-free varieties. Exposure to wood - on the face. Instead of the typical green notes Sauvignon we have a juicy and ripe notes. In the mouth it is very strong and full, but still fresh, with a moderate alcohol content. He recalls the style of the famous Sauvignon Shtaerskih southern regions.

Regional similarity is probably not accidental. It's not like a casual style that used to be assigned to the sauvignon as the core.
